Description:
Why are we so attracted to art heist stories? Art heists are like a game of cat and mouse, where sneaky, skilled people avoid alarms and tight security to steal valuable paintings. These daring thefts mix the excitement of a big action film with the beauty of an art museum, turning museums into the scene of a real-life mystery. Whether they want money, fame, or just the thrill, art thieves bring some drama to the art world.
Our course theme will focus on the theft of a very famous painting while preparing first-semester multilingual students for success in academic and studio classes at CCA by focusing on the integrated skills of speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar. This intensive English language course prepares first-semester multilingual students for success in academic and studio classes at CCA by focusing on the integrated skills of speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar.
